Company Structure
The Rokus Klett Publishing House is part of the Klett AG group. Apart from parent companies in Germany (Klett Verlag, Klett Languages, Klett-Cotta etc.), the group owns equity shares in companies in 16 European countries.
The Rokus Klett Publishing has 8 departments (Research & Development, Editorial, Repro-studio, Promotion, Sales, Accounting, Marketing and Warehouse). In addition, it has three subsidiary companies:
- Izdavačka kuća Klett d.o.o. (Klett Publishing Ltd.) in Belgrade
Towards the end of 2003 the subsidiary company Izdavačka kuća Klett d.o.o. (Klett Publishing Ltd.) was established in Serbia. The company is based in Belgrade at Svetozara Ćorovića 15/IV. - Klett Verlag d.o.o. (Klett Verlag Ltd.) in Zagreb
In the spring of 2004 the subsidiary company Klett Verlag d.o.o. (Klett Ferlag Ltd.) was established in Croatia. The company is based in Zagreb at Domagojeva 15. - Izdavačka kuća Klett d.o.o. (Klett Publishing Ltd.) in Sarajevo
In 2008 this subsidiary company was also established in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The company is based in Sarajevo at Ćemaluša 6.
The basic activity of Rokus Klett Publishing and the subsidiary companies is the publishing and distributing of textbooks.
