Dear parents,

At Rokus Klett Publishing House we are well aware of the fact that parenting and care for children's education is no breeze through. The expense of a big family often surpasses the financial capability of parents, particularly when most of the children in the family still attend school and are therefore mostly dependant on their parents.

In order to help you at least a part of the way on the difficult path of gaining an education for your children, we have joined forces with the charitable institution Škofijska karitas Ljubljana, and in 2005 set up a charitable campaign: “For families with five or more children – workbooks for free!”. You can find a complete list of Rokus workbooks on the following website www.knjigarna.com.

THE CAMPAIGN IS GEARED TO HELP THE FOLLOWING:

  • children in compulsory education from families of five or more children,
  • even if some of the children do not yet attend school, or are continuing their education at secondary or higher level,
  • if income per family member does not exceed 30% of the average salary in the Republic of Slovenia.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Fill in the application form provided at the bottom of the page. Write in only the workbooks from participating publishers (author, title, issue, code). By providing accurate information you make our job easier.
  2. Confirmation of the number of dependant family members and income per family member is provided by means of a photocopy of a valid Decision on Child Benefit. Only families with five dependant children are eligible for help in this campaign. Others can obtain help from their local competent Karitas, as part of the institution’s other campaigns.
  3. Enclose a copy of the list of workbooks for the 2010/2011 academic year as received from your school.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION can be obtained during weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm, and until 2 pm on Fridays, by calling the following numbers: 01 43-92-130 and 051 693 322, or by writing to the following e-mail address: lbsjubtAhvftu/bsoft/tj.
