Three Slovenes climb the career ladder in the German Klett Group

On this occasion the career paths of as many as three current or former colleagues have received promotions. The founder of Rokus and its Director of many years, Rok Kvaternik, has taken on the management of the entire region of Eastern Europe and Turkey in his role as CEO of the Ernst Klett Publishers group, as of 1 January 2011. His work will additionally encompass the regions of Poland, Romania and Turkey, besides the existing Balkan nations. Tomaž Račič, his Assistant so far and Manager for the Czech Republic and Hungary, has been appointed COO (Chief Operating Officer) of the entire above-mentioned region. Maruša Kmet, Director of Rokus Klett Publishing House, will from now on oversee various projects also in her capacity as Regional Marketing Director.

The current region includes nine companies with more than 150 employees. The expansions to Romania and Turkey will make it one of the strongest publishing groups within the region in the next two years, with an expected revenue of over 30 million euro.
